1. Quotations:All quotes provided by Sait CNC Solutions are valid for 14 days from the date of submission. After this period, the quote may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in material costs, labor charges, or any other factors that might affect the final price. If changes to the original quotation occur, we will notify you prior to proceeding with any work.

 

2. Design Approval:A project will not commence until the customer ("You") has fully signed off on the final design. This includes the approval of any CAD files, project specifications, and any other necessary documentation. Any mistakes, errors, or inaccuracies in the customer-supplied CAD files that result in undesirable dimensional outcomes may incur additional charges for corrections. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that CAD files are accurate, complete, and ready for production.We will contact you if any clarification or discussion is needed during the design phase to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.

 

3. Material and Damage:If free-issue material is supplied to us and arrives damaged, we will notify you immediately before commencing any work. In the event that we accidentally damage free-issue material during production, we will replace it at our own expense.We will always strive to complete your project on time; however, quality is our top priority, and your project will not be delivered until we are confident it meets our high standards. Delays due to material availability, external factors, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated as promptly as possible.

 

4. Offcuts and Leftover Material:Unless otherwise stated at the outset of the project, any offcuts or leftover materials generated during the project will remain the property of Sait CNC Solutions. Should you wish to retain any offcuts or surplus materials, this must be communicated and agreed upon before the project commences.

 

5. Payments:All projects, regardless of size, are subject to a 50% upfront deposit. This deposit is required before work commences, which includes material orders and the design phase.The only exception to this is for on-site consultation work, which is billed on an hourly basis and does not require a deposit.The remaining 25% of the payment will be due upon completion of the build, and the final 25% will be due upon delivery of the project.We do not offer 30-day payment terms. Once the final invoice is issued, we kindly request prompt payment. If payment is not received within 14 days of invoice, a late payment fee may apply.In the case of non-payment, Sait CNC Solutions reserves the right to suspend or cancel any further work or deliveries.

 

6. Delivery and Shipping:Delivery dates are estimated and will be confirmed upon project completion. Sait CNC Solutions will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, but is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or other circumstances beyond our control.Shipping costs and arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon prior to project delivery. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of delivery information, including shipping addresses and contact details.

 

7. Warranties and Guarantees:Sait CNC Solutions offers a warranty on the craftsmanship of its work for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects caused by errors in production but does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or external factors.Any warranty claims must be made in writing within 14 days of discovery of the defect.

 

8. Liability and Limitations:Sait CNC Solutions' liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the performance of its services is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational harm.By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and agree to this limitation of liability.

 

9. Confidentiality:Sait CNC Solutions will take all reasonable steps to protect your confidential information and intellectual property. Any customer-supplied materials, designs, or proprietary information will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling the project and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.

 

10. Cancellation and Refunds:If you wish to cancel your project after work has commenced, the upfront deposit is non-refundable. Depending on the stage of the project, additional charges may apply for work already completed or materials ordered.In the unlikely event that Sait CNC Solutions needs to cancel a project, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for any payments made that have not been used for work or materials.

 

11. Governing Law:These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England & Wales.

 

12. Amendments:Sait CNC Solutions reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via the website or direct email and will be applicable to new projects going forward.
