CNC Routing & Profile Cutting
Precision 2D profile cutting across a wide range of sheet materials including MDF, plywood, PVC foam, aluminium composite, and more. We optimise every job for minimal waste and maximum accuracy, whether it's a single sheet or a full production run.
3D CNC Machining
Full 3D machining for complex components, moulds, tooling, and sculptural forms. Our machines are capable of multi-axis work, allowing us to produce curved surfaces, recessed pockets, and intricate 3D geometries from solid blocks and slabs.
Composite & Carbon Fibre Cutting
Cutting and trimming of cured composite materials including fibreglass, carbon fibre, and Kevlar laminates. We achieve clean, accurate edges on complex profiles that are difficult to cut by hand, reducing finishing time and improving part consistency.
Foam Core Kit Cutting
High-volume, precision-cut foam core kits for composite manufacturers and boatbuilders. We produce full sets of interlocking foam shapes optimised for your laminate schedule, minimising waste and reducing lay-up time on the shop floor.
Reverse Engineering
In partnership with Draftwright LTD, we offer full reverse engineering services — from 3D scanning of existing components through to accurate CAD model rebuild and CNC reproduction. Ideal for legacy parts, obsolete components, or tooling that needs to be recreated.
Prototyping & One-Off Parts
Fast turnaround on one-off prototype components, mock-ups, and design validation parts. We work with designers, engineers, and product developers to produce accurate physical prototypes from DXF, DWG, STEP, and STL files.

What file formats do you accept?
We accept DXF, DWG, AI, PDF, SVG for 2D work, and STEP, STL, IGES, 3DM for 3D machining. If you're unsure, just send us what you have and we'll advise.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Most repeat and standard jobs are turned around within 3–5 working days. For urgent requirements, get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes — we deliver nationwide across UK mainland. New customers can claim free delivery on their first order.
Can you help with design or just machining?
Primarily we are a machining business, but we can help with basic file optimisation and nesting. For full design or reverse engineering, we work with trusted partners.
